About the Tree Harvest Festival
Letter from the Founder

To whom it may concern,
My relationship with Cannabis:
As a closet cannabis smoker for almost 25 years, I’ve always considered my personal use to be recreational. Marijuana has been my form of release. In bigger doses it helps me let go of my thoughts or troubles and let myself live in the now. However in small doses it helps me focus on tasks and to be more productive. Nevertheless, I appreciate the medical benefits of Cannabis and I was very heppy that we voted to make it legal recreationally.
Why we’re producing a Cannabis Festival:
We have been producing and promoting street fairs, festivals, concerts and events for 14 years now. As fans of Cannabis, we have wanted to host an event like this for a long time. We have been trying to find the right scenario, date and venue for a Cannabis Festival for more than three years. The hard work has paid off and we have finally found a good venue and date with the required permissions. We plan to bring all of our event experiences together to create a fun yet educational Festival that can appeal to the average Cannabis connoisseur. Though they are great and fun events; we didn’t want to throw the typical reggae or rap themed weed event. We will certainly have lots of rap and some reggae on our DJ Stage and our main stage will feature reggae, but we will also have much more to offer. As the way of a true community event, we will incorporate as many cannabis related cultures in our festival as possible and with your help we will grow more and more each year.
In celebration of the legalization of recreational cannabis in California we bring to you the first annual Tree Harvest Festival. We believe there are countless benefits to cannabis use both medicinal and cultural, and want to help deepen our community’s understanding of the positive impact it can have in a fun festival atmosphere.
We hope you will consider being a part of our event.

It is our intent to run a legal festival. As we study the new laws in California, aspects of our event may change. Any changes that are made will immediately be reflected on this website. Please contact Johny 5 Productions (Event Management) for any questions or discussions about event or championship policy.
