Participants please read the official rules/code of conduct available at the entrance to Tree Harvest Festival and at https://treeharvestfestival.com/rulescodeofconduct/ and understand the nature and content of the activities involved, and any potential dangers incidental to engaging in the activities.

Understands that breaking event rules may cause ejection from event without refund.

Shared Risk Event: I understand that refunds will not be given regardless of weather or unforeseen circumstances or government interference.

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. However, any event may be cancelled at event managers or government liaison’s discretion due to extreme conditions such as wind, storm, smoke, and flood or any other act of god or terrorism without refund to Guest.
